How do I rent a unit? Renting online is easy! Click the “Locations” tab, select a location, select your desired size, and follow the move-in instructions. You can also call or text us to rent a unit.
How do I get access to the unit after I sign up? You will receive a code via email to remove the facility lock from your unit. Replace that with your own lock, and you're good to go!
Do I bring my own lock? Yes, please bring your own lock. We recommend a disc lock (circular shape with a protected shackle) - they are the most secure.
Does Longview offer climate-controlled storage? YES! We offer indoor climate-controlled units at the WB Business Loop location. These are the only ones within 30 miles!
Does Longview offer outdoor storage?
YES! We offer outdoor RV, boat, and vehicle storage at our M33 location, with spacious options designed to accommodate larger equipment and recreational vehicles.
Is there enough room to navigate a truck and trailer? Yes, our buildings are spaced far apart with wide aisles. You can back a trailer up to most of the units, and there is also room to loop in and out.
What are the storage buildings like? Most of the units are modern engineered storage buildings with roll-up garage doors, concrete floors, motion lights, and tall ceilings.
Does the parking lot get plowed? Yes, a professional landscaping company plows the parking lot in a timely fashion (usually by 9am) when there is 3+ inches of snow.
Is Longview a franchise or a big corporate company? No, Longview Storage Partners is owned by two friends who were born and raised in West Branch! We are a local company with deep roots in the community.
What are tenant access hours? The storage units are accessible to our tenants 24/7.
How secure is Longview? Both locations features ample lighting, 24/7 security camera monitoring, and high-visibility layouts that help maintain a safe and secure environment. Ownership is frequently on-site throughout the week to help ensure the properties remain well-maintained, secure, and operating smoothly.
Is there someone on-site during business hours? No, both locations are primarily unmanned facilities. Most customer interactions are handled remotely through phone, text, email, and our online platform for a faster and more convenient experience.
What are your business hours? Our contact hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM. You can call/text outside of those hours, and we will reply as soon as we can.
What payment types do you accept? Credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers, Venmo, and checks/money orders are accepted. Online methods are preferred, and there are no additional fees.
Can I set up autopay? Yes, we offer automatic bill pay with your credit/debit card or with your ACH banking information.
